Guys just imagine television or a newspaper or a radio channel without an advertisement. So why is it so? And what this advertisement is for?  Advertising plays a very important role in customer’s life. to know advertising secrets read the article.

Customers are the people who buy the product only after they are made aware of the products available in the market. If the product is not advertised, no customer will come to know what products are available and will not buy the product even if the product was for their benefit.

Advertisement is a part of marketing tool which communicate to the customers about the companies new product and services. Basically advertisement informs the customers about the brands available in the market and the variety of products useful to them. That’s why it is done by using various media types, with different techniques and methods most suited. Here we will discuss all my advertising secrets which I don’t want to tell anyone except my blog readers.

Need of Advertisement in different stage of product life cycle:

Let me explain you with the help of a very popular example of advertisement. Everyone will be known to VIVO mobiles phone.


To understand my advertising secrets, let’s take the example of VIVO, during the introductory stage VIVO have spent lots of money on advertisement to inform and communicate about the company and its Mobile phones to the consumers. Their main objective is to convincing the customers to buy the new product, introduced by VIVO in the market. Here, they used flashy and attractive ads to make customers to buy the products.


In this stage there objective is to retain the existing customers to stick on to the product. The advertisers here generally keep on bringing something new in the product and the advertisement so that the existing customers keep buying their products.


During this stage VIVO is trying to attract the customers of the competitors. Here, the advertisers try to convince the customers to switch from the existing brand they are using to their product. So many customers switched Samsung mobile phones to VIVO phones.


This is just my assumption in this stage VIVO objective will be to get back their previous customers, who have switched to their competitors. The advertisers use different ways to attract the customers back like discount sale, new advertise, some reworking done on packaging, etc.

The main objectives of advertisement are great communication skills and very good convincing power. other objective are as fellows,

Informing Customers about a Product, Company or Service:

Advertising is also a strong medium of communicating about product, company or service. Companies can tell about features, qualities or unique characteristics of their product or service in the advertisement.

Brand Promotion:

Advertising helps in the establishment and promotion of a brand in the existing market. It also aids in the creation of new market for the brand. With the help of audio-visual advertisements. Promotion is quite essential if any brand wants to stay in the market.

This goal is achieved with the help of advertising which promotes a product, company or service. When a brand gets established with the help of advertising, it becomes a promise of quality and the customers start expecting from a brand. Thereafter, the stage arises where advertising starts acting as a reminder. It reminds and convinces customers that their chosen brand is still there.

Creation of demand:

One of the main objectives of advertising is that it persuades the customers to buy and use a particular product. Hence, advertising also contributes in creating brand awareness and demand.
