Hello all, let’s talk about B Plan

Being on this Holy Day Friday!! I got a small project to design a B plan for ABC company. I am glad to share the snap shot of B Plan which I have designed for my client. Please read it and put your input too. Thank You!!

B PLAN (Business Plan)


B PLAN: A business plan is a guide, a roadmap for your business that outlines goals and details how you plan to achieve those goals.

I have made small B Plan for the event company which will explain you in details what is exactly B Plan is and why it is importance. It is always better to plan first and then execute.

Mr.A want to start a new company .i.e. Event Management Company, to start a company he need to have a B Plan, as a consultant I have drafted the B plan for him please go through it.

EVENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY:

PLANNING:

Plan the Event in three stages:

  • Pre Planning
  • During the Event
  • Post Event

Looking at the clients budget do the pre-planning for the event and list out objective and see that the objectives are meeting so the event work smoothly and client do get satisfaction.

During the event Proper coordination with the team should be there, so to make sure that the work goes smoother.

Post event You should send client greetings for the follow up, so that they come to know the new venues and new artist which are available to you and which make the event more interesting.

EVENT INTRODUCTION: Give the proper introduction of the event. Convey the massage of your events to the targeted segments.

VISION: “Describes the desired future position of the company”.

MISSION: “Defines the company’s business, its objectives and its approach to reach those objectives”.

5 C’S OF THE EVENT

  • INITIAL CONCEPT
    • Plan what is the concept behind the event. Think what will be theme of the event
  • CANVASSING
    • How you will be going to campaign about your event? How you will be going to advertise the event?
  • COSTING
    • What will be the cost of event? Preparation of budget.
  • CUSTOMIZATION
    • Design and Printing
    • Stage Setup
    • Props & Decoration
    • Audio, Visual and Sound
  • FINAL CONCEPT
    • Look at the past event and think how current event should be differ from past.

The Core concept: work on the core concept of the company first for eg Wedding planner, Stage shows, parties etc.

Core people: Specialized people who include technician, planning and designer.

Core talent: some events require special artist which have to hire.
